Shipping information

Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on Roberta Martini could be delivered every day of the week.

If the delivery times of the ordered product are delayed compared to the delivery times indicated on the Site before the order, Roberta Martini undertakes to promptly notify the Customer via an e-mail message. The cost of each shipment, the amount of which may vary based on the delivery and payment method as well as the country of destination and the total amount of the order, is added to the overall price of each purchase and is clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the Purchase Contract, within the Site. All shipping options available for your order and destination will be viewable at checkout.

Shipping Times:

The Express shipping service is available for Italy with delivery within 1-2 days, for most of Europe and the USA with delivery within 2-4 days. Available for the rest of the world with delivery within 3-7 days.

The standard shipping service is available for Italy with delivery within 2-6 days.

Our shipping times should be used as a guide only, they refer only to products actually available on the site and are based on the time at the time of shipping excluding products with scheduled delivery. Roberta Martini cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment, but we try to minimize any delays in any case.

Your orders can be delivered by TNT-FEDEX, DHL, DPD, GLS, BRT.

TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may contact you if we require additional information to verify your payment. Once your order has been approved, it will be sent within 2 working days for available products, and within 5-10 working days for products arriving and/or with scheduled delivery.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery can take between 2 and 7 business days from shipment. We will be happy to provide you with order tracking information and an estimated delivery date. You can track your order in the “My Orders” section in your Roberta Martini Account. If you made the purchase in guest mode, you can still track it using the tracking code found in the email.

Although we try to respect the times indicated, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or for failed payments.

For Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and islands, delivery may require an additional day.
Any customs duties are borne by the customer and calculated by the customs of the recipient country.
